>>-Map is available for us to distribute without copyright worries.
>Can we put it up on the website?
>
Yep. Ciara is touching one up for the site.

>> -Set up the night before 8am-9am oops time 9am open 10am start 10pm
>> closed and cleaned
>Huh?

We will be allowed into the building the evening before (the 19th) to set
up and decorate) We are allowed into the building at 8 am the morning of
the 20th. We may use the hour between 8am and 9am to set up things we
forgot to set up or otherwise screwed up, forgot, or broke. 9 am we open
the door to troll and the general public. 10 am we start activities. 9pm we
start clean up. 10pm we leave. Door lock behind us.
>
>>-kitchen-out door access, allowed use of utensils, dish washer
>Stove? microwave? oven? sink?

Large Stoves, Ovens, big sink, (maybe a microwave, I didn't check) Ask
Ciara-she's familiar with the space and feast-o-crat.
>
>>-Garden available, but not courtyard (inaccessible to the public)
>Is the courtyard physically inaccessible or do we need signs or ropes to
>keep people from it?
>

There is one door out to it and it is not easy to open. A sign on the door
should be more than enough. The stairway down to it is considered unsafe
for general use.

>>-bathrooms available
>How many?

Two large ones for each gender and two small ones for each gender and one
off limits in the royalty room.
>
>>-space available for fighting outdoors
>Did we ask if we could use it for fighting?

Yes, and was approved.
>
>>-ask about the usual price for children
>We've pulled funds for certain groups (like to wave the non-member
>surcharge) I think we've done it for children as well. I think there are
>sca forms online somewhere... I'll look them up later (assuming I remember
>^^;;).

Please see discussion in other sections. Apparently this is a topic of some
interest. ^_^
>
>>-Rafir-Slave labor for the kitchen
>heh... is this an official position filled? ;P
>
Yep. With probably something shiny in for him as well.

>>-Mary-our wonderful Feast-o-crat
>Mary as in Ciara?
>
Yep Ciara.

>>-if we charge $5 for members and get around 100 people
>We tend to. So long as no other large events come up and we advertise well
>we shouldn't have a problem. (did we cross check with holidays? ^^;;)
>
We cross checked calandars, but not all holidays. Would you be willing to
check Jewish holidays that are not regularily marked on most calandars, and
any other likely groups?

>>-$100 or there abouts for decorations?
>What are we doing for decorations?
Thoughts of paper lanterns, signs, sitebooklets, maybe some bunches of
grass, have been discussed among other things.

>
>>-$other expenses?
>Photocopying, activities, are we paying/reimbursing our teachers
>anything... what else has happened in the past?

I have heard that in the past teachers at most were given a written thank
you. Some have even gone so far as to wave site fee for esteemed guests. I
have never heard of actually paying the teachers, though, and the grants
(if we get any) would not be allowed to go toward that.

>And also: there's a web page now. http://www.tc.umn.edu/~sca/tsuki.html
>Check it out. Tell me what it needs, and let me know the general important
>details (address, official site open/close times, classes as they come

Pretty! Shiny!

Activities: Fighting as weather permits. (Sinarios and so forth comming as
I find a Marshal In Charge) A & S competition and display. (Rules and stuff
as soon as we find a patron of the arts) Bardic Competitions. (Rules ans
sinarios by Ejya) Possibly a play (I would talk to Gudrun about this first
to see if she has contacted them before putting it up). Classes. (You could
put up a few that have been done by Tor Aerieans first and foremost, until
we start hearing definately subjects from Angriff), Food! (For details ask
Ciara, though most likely we will try to discuss options this comming
Sunday) Games: Go, Kaiawase, Sugoroku, and Kemari. Possibly period music or
a class on period music by Christian.

:)
Hope that is helpful,
Beth
