Hiya!

I just put a couple hundred dollars into the budget, as an expense and
then as income because the amount shouldn't leave the cashbox; just
the small bills. You'll want to write a check ahead of time and get it
cashed into $1s and $5s and maybe some coins the day before the event.

Lord Tosten or Lord Andronikos would be the ones to ask, as they share
the office of Earl Marshal. (Torsten is someone else entirely!) You
should still plan to coordinate the shed run so that you can get
signs, list ropes, etc. on the same day.

You shouldn't pick things up more than a week early if you can help
it. Contact Malcolm, the quartermaster, three weeks or so ahead of
time. The shed itself is in St. Paul, near Rice and Larpenteur.

There are instructions on how to use the gate forms at that site as
well. Be sure to print extras, because it's always a pain to print
more in the thick of registration. (Unless you know that you have
access to a copy machine at the church.)

Presumably you will do preregistrations for feast. Unfortunately, the
waiver form isn't well suited to filling out ahead of time unless you
have access to a full copy of Acrobat. However, you can fake a list
with Excel or another spreadsheet program if you need to.

There's also a post-event form. Must check that out myself.

Christian is right about kids not getting charged NMS if there's a
lower price for them. Sorry, I should have looked that one up!

Yup. It will be getting toward the end of their reign, too. You should
ask them ahead of time how much court time they anticipate needing.
