[Toraerie] monday's meeting, exchequery stuff, event planning meeting, sewing

Hello all,

At Monday's meeting it seems it was decided that Ciara will be our event's
autocrat, and that Lea might be up to taking on feastocrat, though there was
some talk of maybe not having a feast. Ciara requested any and all info
pertaining to the event to be sent to her.

Wednesday, I met with Angriff and got the exchequery stuff (a lockbox and
filing box with files) and a quick rundown of what I'll be doing. I will be
mailing my SCA membership form tomorrow, and believe I will have my member
number in time to file the quarterly report due July 31st, and the
change-of-officership forms can be fully completed and sent in, and Angriff
and I can go get the checkbook signed over to me.

I suggest that in the interest of working this summer on planning an event
for Saturday, October... 20th or 27th, that we might want to meet more often
than once every two weeks. Meeting that infrequently makes it hard for me to
keep tor aerie on my radar for things that need to be done. Would people be
up to possibly meeting every other week for food, but also meet the other
every other week for event planning specifically, like at a library or
coffee shop or something?
