[Toraerie] Event Meeting Overview

Important notes from event meeting (in no particular order):

Stuff we need to decide on/find out about with open debates over the next 
two weeks:
-Where the site is
-When exactly we will hold the event
     -Oct. 20th Completely open
     -Oct. 27th Conflicts with dance event, but is the best day for full 
moon in Oct.
-How long to keep open the site (open 9, start 10am closing time=??)
-Dry site or damp (please see below)
-feast no feast (please see below)
-Who the officers will be for the event
-Map of the site (kitchen? Room for fighting? Separate rooms for classes? 
Space for a stage? Able to see the moon? Parking? Etc.)
-directions to site
-price of site
-Pre-register?

Things we need to do directly ASAP after we decide the above:
-Northsheild Calendar 
-begin advertising
-start website
-start pre reg.
-start budget
-field trip to site?

Things that need to get done:
-Calligraphy invites for shiny hats
-deciding on fighting, styles allowed, or none
-games
-classes 
-booklet 
-dramaturgy/play 
-decorations
-field trip to site
-decide on nametags or no
-Bardic challenges etc.
-game making
-Nordskogen Players
-Contact Barony people
-budget
-craft stuff/ decorations
-post revel locations
