   -(27th is closest to a full moon, but also has a conflict with a dance 
that weekend)
-Commission from Nordskogen Players to do a Play

-New King and Queen in October (possibly send with Fighter going through 
Beth?)

-Current Prince and Princess
-Other Barons of Northsheild

-tea ceremony supplies

     -sticks (they keep the sticks)

     -paper fortunes to tie to a tree

-site packet
     -to buy/not to buy
     -split free and buy insert with extras?
-Grant Money
-must charge admission for Grant (perhaps would cover booklet costs and 
site fee?)
-deadline for booklet Aug 31st

-should we do nametags with kanji on one side an romaji on the other?
-Pre-reg open until a month before
-Japanese garb-please come to sewing days!  :D

-Why open debates for 2 weeks: ? A. We thought it would be most fair for 
people who come to either the food meetings or the event-food meetings and 
for those who are able to go to neither but can communicate via e-mail
