Of ideas, we have plenty.

Of steady, artistic hands, we have none. 

Should some good gentle who has such artistic tendencies wish to take up 
your idea and submit it, it would meet with no objection from me. 

Even if I would make them incorporate snowflakes and fish in said storm. 
Lightning, thunder, snow, and .. a rain of catfish, perhaps?
