[Toraerie] Youth Marshals for WW

Hello again.

I've been asking a lot of people to marshal for the kids at WW. 

The biggest response I'm getting is, "I'd love to, but with the background 
check stuff up in the air, I have to say no." 

Just so you know - I have confirmation from the president of the SCA that 
no decision will be reached before July. You don't have to worry about a 
background check for this year's WW. 

Also, we have someone willing to take the background check and be present 
during the youth combat to satisfy the requirement, even so. 

People - your butt is covered, with respect to the background check 
policy as it pertains to WW this year. Please don't let this new policy 
prevent you from helping the children have fun at WW. 

Right now, we only have two marshals, and one of them is the Nordskogen 
Baron. 

Please, if you are a youth marshal, donate an hour or two. Even if it's a 
'how to' class on fighting or armour making, or list rules, or something.
