[Toraerie] WW Early Arrival Fee.

This weekend during the walkthrough, we renegotiated the early arrival 
site fee with Marv. He is still handling it, if you are arriving on 
Wednesday, you will be paying him directly. More information on how to do 
this will be posted on the WW website soon. 

However, the fee was reduced to $10 per person/per day. It's a slight 
increase from what we've paid in prior years, but it's less than half what 
Marv was going to charge. 

This is the fee for NON-STAFF early arrivals. People who are on the staff 
list are not charged this fee. If you wish to arrive early and be on 
setup crew or early Thursday troll/info point shifts, please contact Ed, 
Shava, or Aesa - their addresses are linked on the WW staff page at 
http://www.warriorsandwarlords.org/staff.html. You MUST BE on the list we 
present to Marv in mid-June to be exempt from the early arrival fee, so if 
you wish to be on the staff list, email the appropriate coordinator for 
the department you wish to volunteer for now, please.
