[Toraerie] Pre-registration for Naadam: Schutzenfest on the Steppes

Greetings all!

This is a reminder that all pre-registrations for Naadam: Schutzenfest
on the Steppes must be postmarked by June 8th.

Why pre-register?
Save money on site fees!
Reserve your seat at feast!
Eat vegetarian!
Save time at the gate!
Ensure sufficient butter for wrestling! (Oh...wait...)

The preregistration form can be found at
http://nordskogen.northshield.org/sfest/, where you will also find a
schedule, contact information, and links to information about the
Naadam festival, Mongolian garb and history, and wrestling!

Please remember that EQUESTRIANS should check in ahead of time with
the Equestrian MiC, whether you're planning to authorize, bring a
horse, or just want to ride.

We also need VOLUNTEERS--please email me if you're available! There
are benefits to volunteering:

We need a few folk willing to give up a morning or afternoon of
shooting in order to keep score. These good folks get free lunch!

We need archery marshals! These good folks also get free lunch!

We need feast servers! Yep, free servers' feast for them!

We need a few hardy folks to sit at troll!
