New verse to #8 on the site:

 8.
    Officers do your duties well
to High Ones give your written words.

for

8. If you're an officer you have a form to fill out.

High Ones referring to superior officers.

And nitty gritty amendments:

Here is foretold for who follow
    in our Tower Tall:
Drink, my daughters, the draughts of Mimir,
    o goddesses of gold.
Stand, my sons, with Odin's sight
    o seeds of Heimdall's sons.
Come to know this knowledge of old
    of Aerie kin full-gone.

For 2., should worm word be kept, or should it change to wood rot?
Cheer, like silver, is cherished when spread
but apathy shared is like wood worm

Just a re-ording in the last line:
 3. Whether word-skilled or silent in speech
a captain must say commands to sailors.
Yet better still is clear strong words
so no questions within may stirr.
