[Toraerie] Last Weekend Meeting

This Saturday from 1:00 in the afternoon my place will be open for working 
on decorations, garb, signs, etc. Sunday is one of my roommate's birthday, 
so we'll have to meet elsewhere. I could possibly rent out a room in Rarig 
if we'd like, or maybe meet in the River room (the one with the glass on 
both walls?) in Coffman? Prefereably someplace we could make a controled 
mess and noise without disterbing anyone.

Things to be discussed:
-Budget
-New Schedule
-Logistics
-Site Booklet
-Site Tokens
-Decorations
-Room placement
-Anything else I can think of between then and now
