[Toraerie] The Friday night before the event

The site will be open at 5:00pm on the Friday before the event. I don't get 
off work until 6. Is there some way for us to carpool over there? Possibly 
meet up on campus before hand or something like that-perhaps as a practie 
for meeting up in the actual morning of?

I have submitted a request for a room in Coffman for Sunday. I will let you 
guys know when I hear about the hours and so forth. I am not horribly 
hopeful with the date being unclickable on the website. Anyone have some 
suggestions for a back up?
