[Toraerie] Sunday - Prep for Event - Things To Do!

Greetings everyone, I am emailing y'all an update. Present today were
Beth, of course, as well as Kerry, Anna, and myself, at varying
lengths of time. Yay!

Things we've done tonight:

- direction signs for rooms inside the building
- room signs
- I made excel spread sheet of schedule
   - staff version
   - public version
   - (i can't attatch them to a list post so anyone who'd like to see
them please email me and i'll send it to you)
- lots of the shells painted
- go boards painted (need finishing touches)
- we ate and had fun and listened to musics...

Things we need to do:

- make bare-branched trees for great hall
   - get paper
- make popsicle sticks into fortune stick site tokens
   - drill holes, paint/draw numbers and/or fortune kanji
- signs out on the roads around site
- site booklet
- finish painting shells

- dye sticks for feast tokens
- pieces for go gameboards
- finish edges of go gameboards
- finish shells

- maple leaves origami pattern?

Lea!
- site booklet! you coming tomorrow?
   - you free M 10:30-3 on campus, W 12:30-5 on campus, Th 4-Tor Aerie
on campus, F 10:30-4 on campus for working together on site booklet

Ramon
- finish sanding and gluing fortune stick box and fortunes tray
- sand popsicle sticks

Sunday's shaping up to be a lot of sewing, for Angriff, Teresa, Beth,
Reifr, and I, at the least. Everyone who can make it to help with
shells and popsicle sticks and trees would be great!
