[Toraerie] meeting on Th? and otsukimi post-mortem and reimbursment

Greetings, Tor Aerie,

We have no room in Coffman available this week, and as far as I know we have
no elsewhere planned. There were ideas but no consensus decision. Would ppl
be interested in meeting somewhere for something, perhaps watching a dvd at
someone's place or checking out a museum or some such? Or would people be
fine with not meeting this week? (If so, the U's Manga and Anime Society
[MAS] is having it's Halloween party-thing... [

As for Otsukimi, it went great! People were really complementary and said
they had a good time, and enjoyed the site tokens, which made me happy.
Those of us who took part in planning Otsukimi have an event post-mortem on
Sunday, the 28th (at Beth's?). Beth and I for sure have to be there, but I
don't know about anyone else. Those who need reimbursement for things they
bought for the event need to fill out a reimbursement form (
http://www.northshield.org/Officers/Display.aspx?ID=4, click on "forms" to
open the drop-down menu and click on "cash reimbursement request" which will
have you download an xcel sheet to enter info and amounts into) and give it
to me along with all relevant receipts, which can be done at the
post-mortem. If Angriff comes, we can sign reimbursement checks then and
there. If you can't make it, we can certainly arrange something else.
