[Toraerie] Paint the Bridge and Activities Fairs

It was I who said I could be at the Activites fair all of Wed.

And I *could* be at the bridge to reserve the panels at 9:30.  I do not have
class until 6:20pm and so have no engagement that would keep me from doing
it.  However, it does mean that I would have to get onto campus early in the
morning.  Not a big deal, but it's proving not to be in my regular schedule,
so if there is someone who is like "Oh!  That's perfect for my schedule!  I
can swing by no prob," I do not want to take it away.  But if it is
inconvinient for all else, it certainly won't be a problem for me to take
care of it.

Is there a particular place we want the panels to reside?
