Dear Elizabeth Estervig,
Thank you for submitting your application to the Student Activities Grant Review Board. The committee has awarded $400.00 from the Administrative Grant and $0.00 from the Event Partnership Grant for your event entitled "Otsukimi."
You will be able to find a Statement of Agreement, Financial Report, Project Evaluation Form, and a copy of our logo on our website here:

Please remember to put your application number on all of the paperwork you submit or it will not be processed.
STEP 1: Please complete the Statement of Agreement and bring it with you to your pre-event grant advising meeting with a Student Activities Advisor. You must call the Student Activities Office at 612-626-6919 to schedule this meeting. Your Advisor meeting will take place in the Student Activities Office, 126 Coffman Memorial Union, 300 Washington Avenue SE, Minneapolis, MN 55455. The Statement of Agreement and your pre-event grant advising meeting are both required in order to initiate the check request for your grant award. This meeting must take place within two weeks of this award notification email.
Your group will then receive one lump sum payment in the amount of your grant award after submitting your signed Statement of Agreement and completing your pre-event advising meeting. Please review all of the grant guidelines and procedures, outlined here:

STEP 2: You are responsible for scheduling your post-event Advisor meeting to take place within 30 days after your event takes place. At this post-event meeting, please submit the Project Evaluation, the Financial Report and your event expense receipts, if required. Again, the link to these documents is:

Failure to meet this 30-day deadline will result in the ineligibility of your group to receive grant awards through the Student Activities Office for up to 12 months, probation status for your student group, and you may also be asked to repay your grant award.
Remember, as a part of the grant agreement, you must include the appropriate grant logos on all of your publicity for the event.
