[Toraerie] New Budget Suggestions and Notes

Since we are getting $400 from the grant if we jump through the hoops, here 
is what I propose.

$400 from grant =$400 for site fee

Iff we get 100 people at $5 per= $500 $100 for decorations $40 for Royalty 
Liason for feeding the extra important people $___ For the Tea Ceremony 
class (including materials etc.) run by the lady Ejya found. We could do 
this in the two hours directly before the "lunch break" and say that is a 
pre-lunch substitute.

Apparently for the class someplace soft to sit would be nice on the ground. 
Is there any way to beg/borrow/make/buy some little cushions to sit on? Tea 
would also be a major expense for this class as well as any other food they 
may be persuaded to make. Transportation of stuff is probably an issue that 
we could beg the Barony to help with. Space I will be juggling. ^_^

Notes:
-If you have a list of things we need to borrow from the quarter 
master-please e-mail me with the list.
-Is there anyone willing to make the fliers and be reimbursed for them? I 
can but would rather not as I don't really have the time to do them well.
-Could someone do a map in photoshop for the site and for the website? 
(Ciaria I think has enough on her plate, though she did vollunteer)
-Could someone provide transportaion to the event for the Tea Ceremony 
stuff? For Tor Aerieans?
-Could Kathleen please e-mail Lea with surrounding places to eat and who to 
contact for crash space information?
-Please bring items for things for people to look at for the Activities 
Fairs next Tuesday and Wednesday.
-If you can go please go to the Open House next Thursday.  
-This Sunday meeting has been moved to Monday. I propose we meet at my 
place starting at 6ish to work on crafts. Please bring things to sew and we 
will go over notes then. I will be working on games for the event.
-Fest is apparently going to be amazing. I would love to hear about how it 
is going more specifically if there is time.
-How is pre-reg going?
-Please consider teaching a class.  Please let me know
   1) Your Name 
   2) Your topic
   3) How long you need
   4) How large of a group is too large, and if it is a kid friendly class
   5) What kinds of needs do you have for the space
THE MORE THE MERRIER!  We have lots of classroom space-let's use it.
