Here's the stuff I received about the rules. We may have some people form 
the Barony by the sounds of it, which is wonderful.

There has also been asked if there is an interest to start Rapier on 
campus?

Welcome back for the fall semester! Student Unions & Activities is 
excited that your student group or university department will be 
participating in the* Fall* *Activities Fair(s)* on Tuesday, September 
18^th from 10 a.m. – 2p.m. on the SPSC Front Terrace (rain location: 
North Star Ballroom) and/or Wednesday, September 19^th from 10 a.m. – 2 
p.m. on the CMU Front Plaza (rain location: 3^rd floor CMU).

Before attending the event, please take time to read the following 
Activities Fair guidelines as they should answer most of the questions 
you may have about the event. The policies are also available at 
http://www.sao.umn.edu/events/ckod/rules.php. *Check in will run from 
9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. on both mornings. If your group has not arrived 
by this time, your table will be made available to groups that are not 
pre-registered starting at 10 a.m. *

    Student Activities Fair Guidelines for 2007

   1. Tables are provided so that groups may make contact with students
      for the dissemination of information.
   2. Student Activities Fair registration guarantees one six foot
      table, two chairs, and a table cloth.
   3. Registered student groups hold table reservations by paying the
      appropriate fee on or before September 11, 2007.
   4. On the day of a Student Activities Fair, registered student groups
      will need to check in with SUA Staff prior to setup of table.
   5. Check-in will be from 9 - 10am. Any groups that are not checked in
      by 10am will forfeit their table reservation, and tables will be
      made available to all groups on a first come, first serve basis.
   6. Student Activities Fair tables and/or printed material must
      include the registered student group’s name and contact information.
   7. Sales of goods/fundraising activities are not allowed at the
      tables during a Student Activities Fair.
   8. Handing out of prizes and “Free Gifts” is permitted during a
      Student Activities Fair.
   9. At least one representative from the registered student group must
      staff their corresponding table at all times.
  10. Student Unions & Activities reserves the right to relocate contact
      tables during a Student Activities Fair.
  11. Registered student groups are not permitted to move their contact
      table or switch contact tables during a Student Activities Fair.
  12. Electric outlets are not accessible to the Student Activities Fair
      tables.
  13. Food/candy giveaways must be pre-packaged and individually wrapped
      store-bought items.
