[Toraerie] meeting tonight? can anybody come?

Hi Gudrun et.al.,
   
  I will be coming over from Nordskogen to assist with the Activity Faire both days and am planning on bringing some items for display (some armor pieces, games, maybe some scrolls or photo albums) to help attract interest.  
   
  Does Tor Aerie have any banners to display?  
   
  Now, perhaps a silly question but one I don't recall seeing covered in previous emails, is Tor Aerie planning on staffing the tables in garb?
   
  I can also come for the Open House and bring items are perhaps people as well. Is the plan to try and do the food for the Open House with a 'period' feel to it or just more of a snacky item route?

What we do need to do, though, are two things:
1. Double check who's going to be at the two activities fairs this week, one at the st. paul student center tuesday from 10-2, and one at coffman on wednesday from 10-2. I will be at the wednesday one from 11-2 for sure, and might be able to make it by 10:30. 

2. What are we going to do for the open house? Shall it just be the few of us with food, or do we want to poke at Nordskogen and see if anyone would like to come help out? What foods and supplies would people be willing to bring?
