Two things:
1. Let's make a calling tree. In general it seems we're always somewhat 
iffy about putting together meetings for the last minute over the weekends. 
Mostly monday nights and saturday/sunday during the day. People in general 
have problems making it to any meeting we have on any day during the week 
almost making the additional meetings vital. So I need phone numbers, names 
and "don't call me at this time on monday (or sunday or saturday) or I will 
go viking raider on you" type things. We have an event in just about a 
month. We have things that need to get done and e-mail is just not an 
efficient way of getting people's attention.

2. We have an open house on Thursday. All that can come please come. Please 
e-mail the list with what you can bring/ are bringing so that everyone 
knows.
