[Toraerie] open house foods

Greetings Gudrun and others,
   
  I am bringing a number of period dishes for the open house.
   
  2 pies of Paris (meat pie)
  2 tarts on ember day (onion, egg and cheese pie)
  gingerbrede
  sugared almonds
   
  And possibly fig fritters, but it will depend on how late the meeting goes tonight and how tired I am.
   
  I will be bringing copies of the recipes to place with each dish so people will know the name of the dish and the ingredients.  Everything is meant to be served cool/ room temp and can be eaten with the fingers, but napkins would be a good thing.  I can bring some from home if it would be easier.  I will bring platters and serving pieces for the individual dishes.
