[Toraerie] event planning, pt 1

So I tired sending this to the list but it bounced it back saying it was too
big! I didn't think it was that big but I'll do it in two parts I guess. so
here's the original message in 2 parts!

Okay so we did some more event planning at the meeting tonight and here is
what we got. We were pretty sure we had decided on an A and S event so
that's what we did planning for. Question marks by peoples names means we
intend to ask them if they'll do that and hope that they will. It's really
long and it's lots of brainstorming at first so it may be a bit confusing
and jumbled, just to warn you.
