[Toraerie] WW plans thusfar

Greetings to whom it may concern,

These people are attending dub-dub:
- Me (Gudrun)
- Reifr
- Emma/Kalè
- Thekla
- Beth
- Lea
- possibly Teresa
- possibly Miah

The following is our meal plan (will be cooked ahead of time and frozen):
- Friday night - grilled cheese (optional) with tomato soup stock with
potatoes, veggies and meat
- Saturday night - cashew ginger carrot soup stock with lentils and veggies
and meat

Individuals shall be responsible for their own breakfasts, lunches, and
snacky bits, and drinks. Bring booze if y'want. Baking bread and bringing
loaves or other goodies is encouraged, for yourself or to share if you like.

Car arrangements:
• Reifr and I will be renting a vehicle for just the two of us because on
the way back we'll be breaking off from the group.
• Lea will be driving a car that seats five. Emma/Kalè will probably be
driving a car that seats five.
• Thekla, Beth, and the possible Teresa and Miah will be split up into those
two vehicles, but if the possible doesn't happen, everyone can go in Lea's
car.
• Reifr and I will come to Beth's from the rental place. If everyone above
is coming, I suggest that Lea (and Miah) pick up Teresa and go to Beth's,
and Emma/Kalè pick up Beth at Beth's, and then Thekla. (People can shift
cars how they want.) If Teresa and Miah do not come, Lea will pick up
Emma/Kalè, then Beth, and finally Thekla.
• We want to rendezvous at Beth's around 7:30 and depart from there no later
than 8. We will go to Rochester (~1hr 45 min), where we will meet Thekla at
Silver Lake Park for a stretch and bathroom-break and munchies. Then we will
continue on to Boscobel (~2 hr 45 min), perhaps stopping once if needed.

Tent arrangements:
• Beth's canvans tent (borrowed from Giovanna) will be going down with Edwin
in a truck (correct?). We've been offered another canvas tent, but someone
would have to go pick it up, and it would also have to be taken down by
someone else besides us.
• Reifr, me, Emma/Kalè and Thekla will be in our two-room tent. Lea and
possible Miah will be in Lea's tent. Beth will have the canvas tent from
Giovanna. Teresa had a tent last year and I'd assume she'd have it again
this year, but I haven't been able to get ahold of her since early last week
when she wasn't sure. Emma/Kalè or Thekla could use the other canvas tent,
if they wanted.

Tor Aerie will be paying for the group meals and the gas to and from
Boscobel (not including my and Reifr's excursion). We will be taking out a
set amount in cash for the gas, and Lea will be reimbursed for the group
meals. Unused gas funds will be returned to me with reciepts (drivers must
get reciepts from gas station).
