[Toraerie] WW plans update - food, monies, thursday?

Heya all,

I have been informed that we may not be able to use Tor Aerie funds for
getting members of our group to and from WW and fed. I am waiting to hear
back from the Baronial and Kingdom exchequers. If we can't, please have $12
to give to Lea for the group meals she paid for that we made today. Also be
prepared to contribute $15-20 for gas. I'm sorry I failed to double check
this before.

As for the meals, Lea and I made up three gallons of soup today to be
divided between Friday and Saturday evenings. It is all the same kind
because by the time we were done with the first kind, we figured it would be
more than enough. It is Cashew Carrot Ginger soup stock with ground chicken
and turkey, peas, corn, green beans, potatoes, carrots, onions, and garlic.
There's also a loaf of bread. Do people still want to do grilled cheese,
even though we're not having tomato soup? We can pick up cheese here or
in/near Boscobel.

Beth is wondering if people want to head out Thursday evening instead of
Friday morning. Ramon and I couldn't, because he has work until 6 and we
have plans that evening. We would probably have to send our tent down with
someone, since Thekla and Emma are both going to be using it, though there
is another canvas tent that's being sent down to Boscobel Thursday night for
us.
