[Toraerie] monday night meeting, business items

For the event we need to start working on the website. I have asked Beth a
couple times but have not heard if we have approval for our use of Nolte. We
need to decide if we want to sell food on Saturday and if we do we need to
decide where we're going to get it from so that we can get a food permit. I
think it would be alright if we don't sell food because there are lots of
food places nearby but if you guys want to we can. Do we want to hand out
flyers at the demo? If so we will need to arrange for extra trash cans. I
have been designated to apply for grants for the event but I believe we need
to make a budget. We had someone looking at prices for little notebooks and
possibly pencils right? Cause we'll need that for the budget. If we can get
Nolte confirmed and you can tell me a deadline I can submit the stuff to the
Northwatch. That is all I can think of for now, of course if anyone else
thinks of something about the event you should discuss it. Please, someone
take good notes and e-mail them out so I can keep up to date on what is
happening and what we've decided.
