I can do website stuff, no problem... I've already gotten in and messed
with the site a little bit. Someone just needs to give me all the info
we've got (time, place, anticipated events). I'll get started on finding
directions and maps and putting them up.
I was also looking at the prices of notebooks/writing utensils... but
didn't someone say they worked at a paper warehouse or something like that?
That sounds like a much more viable way to get comment cards/pads under a
budget.
On the food-selling stuff, we've been advised not to allow people to go
off-site for lunch, because there's a good chance many of them wouldn't
come back. If it's at all possible, it'd probably be best to somehow have
food there... but, yeah, I can see how it would be a headache to arrange.
:/
I can also write up what we talk about at the meeting and send it to you,
Anna. I'm going to be taking notes to put stuff on the website, anyway.
