[Toraerie] 7/21 meeting minutes-my two cents

I think dancing and music would be great if we can find someone to lead
dancing and even better if we can find live music.
At the moment we don't have a court liaison assigned.
I think the photo station is a great idea. People can get good pictures of
their projects and them with their projects too. I have a nice digital
camera if Ramon doesn't want to stay there all day.
Is anyone looking into the alternate sites or was that just put out as
ideas? It would be a good idea for someone to check on that if anyone wants
to.
If we can get a catering license or get someone to cook for us who has one
(I honestly have no idea how those work so I'm just making some assumptions
that we don't have to have it if we "hire" someone who has one) I think that
would be a great idea. We could then have period food and be sure to keep
people at the site.
Kale are you still looking at pricing for booklets and writing utensils or
do you still have prices you found? If you have them and gave them to Gudrun
for the budget already then that's no problem. I'm not so much the one who
needs them as Gudrun is.
The event is on the Northshield calendar.
Beth, are you contacting people about specific things? If so could you send
me a list with who your contacting/what you are contacting them about
off-list so I can get an idea of what's going on with people. Thank you.
Thanks for the report.
