[Toraerie] two Japanese events of interest

As we did a Japanese event not so long ago, I thought you guys might be
interested in at least the former of these two events (I've been to it in
other semesters: it rocks and even if you can't be there right away, they do
several ceremonies, so feel free to drop in when you can):
