[Toraerie] meetings

Hello everybody,

Now that finals are over I figured I should bring up the subject of when
people who are still in the cities want to meet over the summer. Where would
also be a factor. I also thought I should bring up the subject of when we
want to meet next year. I believe last time we figured that we could meet
either on Monday nights or Thursday nights so I believe we need another
vote.
