[Toraerie] event name

We need to decide on a name for our upcoming event so that it can get onto
the Northshield calendar. The best choices that we have from our
brainstorming session at the last meeting are: A&S PLAGUE (Populous Learns
At Grand University Event OR Populous Learning Under the banner of
Education), A&S Madness, or Art-ic Madness. Votes for one of them and/or
opinions about them are much appreciated, this is your chance to get your
opinion heard.
